ABOUT

Our logo is two hands with a jigsaw piece and our mission statement is that Aged Care Choices is the missing piece to the aged care puzzle. We will guide you through the aged care maze, particularly when you are faced with making life-changing decisions and feeling overwhelmed with paperwork.

OUR SERVICES

Our services include full placement service and introduction to aged care advice only meetings. Both services include a confidential meeting where we come to you to discuss individual care needs including government funded respite and permanent care.

SERVICE AREAS

Aged Care Choices provide service options and advice throughout all of Queensland. We facilitate face to face meetings between Gympie to the Tweed and Toowoomba. We also offer zoom meetings to facilitate urgent requirements.
